AWBS Owners - Upon your AWBS order being filled, our staff
will add your forum user for full support access. Your forum login
will be emailed to you. If you don't see the support forums in a reasonable
amount of time, please submit a helpdesk request and we will add you
in. (Requires active support contract)
If you have purchased AWBS from an AWBS
Authorized Reseller, join the forum and ask your reseller to submit
your forum username to our support department and we will give your
account access to the support areas of the forum. Non AWBS Owners - join the forum to place pre-sales questions
and talk to current AWBS owners.
AWBS/DRAMS Owners - to obtain direct assistance from our staff
regarding your AWBS installation, billing issues, licensing issues,
etc.
It is recommended to check the forum and knowledgebase first to eliminate
known or common problems with installation. You must be logged in
to obtain access to the helpdesk. (Requires active support contract) If you have purchased AWBS from an AWBS
Authorized Reseller, you must obtain direct support from your
reseller.

Retrieval Form to have a new password sent to you. You will need
to enter your username or email address as it is listed in your awbs.com
account. An email will be sent to the email address on file with a
link to click. Click that link and your new password will be emailed.
