	How do I cancel services?

Solution If you wish to cancel your AWBS license monthly lease or any other recurring services with us, please open a helpdesk ticket asking to cancel the service(s) you wish to cancel. The cancel request must come prior to your due date, as credit cards are auto charged on the invoice's due date. If we deem a refund is justified, there will be a $5.00 fee for the refund to cover our transaction fees and time.

If you have leased your license from one of our AWBS Authorized Resellers, please contact them through thier proper support/billing system and request cancellation of service(s).

Please note: We do not accept email or phone cancellations. Services must be cancelled via the helpdesk for account verification and tracking purposes.
