	How do I enable error logging in my PHP?

Solution You will need to edit your php.ini file and make sure the following lines are in place:

error_reporting = E_ALL & ~E_NOTICE
log_errors = On
error_log = error_log

Once these changes have been made be sure to restart your Apache or Web Server software.

This will now create an error_log file and write to it if an error occurs.
