Cart is empty
When customer attempts to place an order, the cart is empty or the page does not display.
Options
Cart empty, only occurs when certain products/services are ordered
Whenever the customer attempts to update the cart, the page issues a page not found error.
After moving to a new server or restoring a database backup, the cart is always empty. The login viewer is also not logging any login information.
