Due to a site security upgrade, returning visitors may experience a sign-in issue.
If you do, simply clear your browser cache and delete cookies and this should resolve the issue.
For example, in Chrome do this:
From the "Menu" button in the upper-right corner of the Chrome window, choose "Settings" > "Privacy and security" > "Clear browsing data" > "Cookies and other site data".

Q. Where's my license file?
A. You can download your AWBS license file by clicking on 'my account' and 'view orders'. Find the AWBS order, click on the view icon beside it and you will find a download link as well as information regarding the order.
