Due to a site security upgrade, returning visitors may experience a sign-in issue.
If you do, simply clear your browser cache and delete cookies and this should resolve the issue.

Q. Can I change my account username?
A. No, too much information is based upon the username in the system. Changing the username would cause data corruption.
What you can do is create a new account, then open a helpdesk ticket using the old account and request our staff merge the old account to the new one. The account merge will move all packages and history to the new account. It will not move the contact information or credit card on file.
